How is Wolverine so fast?
Doctor Frankenstein explains to Wolverine that because of his healing factor, he has a staggering level of aerobic endurance. This is something that's long been true in his berserker rages - hugely improving his speed when he loses control - but can be harnessed to even more extreme effect.
Wolverine has the obvious advantage with unbreakable bones and faster healing factor. He has also been shown to be about the same speed and strength as Captain America. The only advantage Captain America has is Logan's respect of him to not want to hurt the Captain.
The adamantium renders his bones virtually unbreakable and his claws capable of penetrating almost any substance depending on its thickness and the force he exerts. His reinforced skeleton also enables him to withstand heavy physical pressure, giving his muscles sufficient force to briefly lift 800 pounds or more.
The key in all these cases seems to be circumventing Wolverine's regenerative abilities by killing him so completely that there's nothing left to regenerate. He also survives a lot of other terrible things, too. When he's going to starve to death he eats his own body.
He showed in X-Men: Schism #4 that he can also easily dodge Cyclops' optic blasts, despite the two having similar training at the X-Men academy. Logan can also jump up to 30 feet in the air without even taking a running start, as shown in Wolverine #2.
It would turn Wolverine's brain to mush before it ruptured (a variation of what occurred when taking two Adamantium bullets to the head in X-Men Origins: Wolverine). But a bullet is made to penetrate, and a 9mm like the one fired at Wolverine is nowhere near what would be needed to knock him out cold.

Eventually unbreakable adamantium claws are grafted to his bones (and upgrade his skeleton). This complements his biological mutant abilities. His main mutant power is rapid healing or “mutant healing factor”.
Quicksilver has the superhuman ability to move at great speeds. In most depictions, he is a mutant, a human born with innate superhuman powers.
Quicksilver, Marvel's Answer to The Flash
Quicksilver has actually had two adaptations in superhero movies, once by Evan Peters in Fox's X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014), where he had that iconic kitchen scene that really showcased his speed, as everything was slowed around him.
How much can a Wolverine eat?
Wolverines will also eat berries and roots when meat is scarce. Individual wolverines have been known to travel up to 30 miles in a single day in search of food. Wolverines typically eat between 2 and 4 pounds of food per day.
Hugh Jackman also revealed recently, that he was finally off the Wolverine diet, which he had been following for the past 17 years now. Actor Hugh Jackman says he has never lifted any weights before filming X-Men.
A bear would beat a wolverine in a fight by using its size and more effective attacks. Although some people have surmised that wolverines could attack a bear's jugular vein and tear it open to kill it, that's very unlikely. Instead, the two animals would probably smell each other long before they saw one another.
Like having a skeleton coated in lead, the metal leeches into Logan's body over time. It takes years to have a major effect, but by 2029, the year “Logan” is set, the adamantium has so weakened Logan that he's aging at a normal rate and struggling to heal himself after injuries.
It basically means his cells grow so fast that any cut or wound is healed within minutes if not seconds. While there are other superheroes and supervillains in the Marvel Universe that can heal quickly, no one else does it like Wolverine.

According to the first X-Men movie, it hurts every time they come out. And this is from Wolverine (Vol. 2) #75. His Adamantium had just been forcibly ripped from his body by Magneto and this was the first time we saw his bone claws.
In the case of bite strength, the wolverine has demonstrated a bite force of 50 PSI and they have specialized molars in the top of their mouth that are turned 90 degrees to help break through frozen flesh and bone.
